At Starface, we want you to love your skin and your stickers; if you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used products or open-box skincare cannot be returned.

Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original star-studded box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
